Terrible Customer Service

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever experienced in a store. <br> <br> We got into Toy R Us in Woodmead and loved the selection of goods they had however in our entire shopping experience, we never received a single persons help. <br> <br> We spent over R1500 on my daughters things for her birthday. <br> <br> When we got to the till point we were shoved from one till to another as no one was assisted us on where to go. <br> <br> Once we have been through the Till point, we asked fro the stuff to be wrapped. We were told rudely that the wrapping paper had run out and that we had to pay for our own wrapping paper. <br> <br> So after going through the till point we went back in line and paid for additional wrapping paper. <br> <br> We were then told that we had to wrap our own present even though we saw one of the other cashiers helping a customer in front of us. <br> <br> I appreciate that this is an additional value add service. I would have rather never been offered this service. <br> <br> Even though your shop offered such a brilliant selection of goods, I refuse to go back based on my experience. <br> <br> P.s. My wife was also 4 Months Pregnant and The store was really not busy at all..
