supervisor and manager not taking responsibility

<p>Went to the toys r us at stone ridge shopping centre and wanted to buy a baby fairyland (floor mat) . Price on the shelf showed R299 when we got to the pay point it scanned R599, said to the lady that is not the price that was on the shelf, my husband went with her and showed her they called the store manager and she just said sorry. He called me and i spoke to her ( all of a sudden there was another price tag put into the shelf)she called the baby section supervisor and she confirmed she now put the price that should of been there in the first place on the shelf and they refused to give it to me on the price that was on the shelf, well done supervisor and manager just shows you cannot take responsibility for your mistakes</p>
