I asked for a refund and a reprint on a baby bag. Inside was not stiched well and opened up. They said they do not do reprints company policy. 1. Reprint confirm the transactions. 2. Bag was in no packing was just hanging. 3. On their slips it states within 60 days. And no were it states reprints are not allowed. I find this truly disappoint. Only when you phone them you are told reprints are not allowed.
