Still waiting

Bought a polaroid watch for a Christmas Present. Gave it in to be fixed, waited 2 months to be collected, at the end i took it to them to be fixed. 4 months later i am still waiting to get info back from POLAROID.not toys r us which has bad service but the supplier POLAROID
