Still awaiting Refund or Haven’t received my order ??

Can anyone advise if they still haven’t received their PS5 Refund or alternatively have received their order ? I was refunded for the console but haven’t been refunded for the wireless headsets which was a separate order with order number. I don’t know if I’m still yet to receive it or if I just haven’t been refunded. Not even gonna bother reviewing their online customer service as I can see each and every other review states the same problem I’m having. Can’t get through to anyone telephonically or over mail.
