*****ing from customers

Everyone please check your slips when buying anything at Toys R Us South Africa!! I went to your Vaalmall Vanderbijlpark store today to do my christmas shopping for my nieces and nephews. Bought over R2000 worth of toys. When I got home I went through everything to sort out for gift wrapping. I then saw that I was invoiced and paid for a “Boxing Bag 50cm” at R399.90. I did not buy this item, nor was it in my bags but I paid for it!!! I went back to the store and your manager went through the stock on the shelf and noted that there was 10 in store but only 9 on the system. My R400 was returned but I want to know this- are you *****ing from your customers or is your staff at the Vaalmall store *****ing from you/us? The manager did not go through the cameras or investigate the error, she just left it. Is she part of the theft, covering up for one another and filling their Christmas wishlists with items paid for by your customers? If I did not go through my bags and my slip I would never have noticed the R400! How many other customers are they/you *****ing from that don’t go through their slips?
