Specials never available until its over

I saw online a special on a hotwheels contruction blocks for less than R200 marked down from R600. It was showing out of stock as most specials are. I sent the head office an email requesting if the items is available at any other stores. I was informed to check availability online at the shops. Which i did then found at a few other stores. Keeping in mind you can't order the item online from the store which have stock. So when i got to boksburg branch. They had 2. Which i then collected. After selected all the items i want. My husband paid while i was wrapping the gifts at the wrapping station. I then asked my husband what the total was. It was incorrect. We went back in. Just to be informed now the special is over and it was only online. Not true. As the website said at the certain stores the item is available. We returned the wrap items
