SPEAKER NOT CHARGING

I bought 2 speakers from Toysrus at Pavillion. 1 had a problem with charging and I took it back for repairs and it came back. After a few months it had the same problem again and I sent it back at Toysrus and the refused to take it claiming the guarantee had ended. I emailed VOLKANO directly and they told me the guarantee is a year and the said they were going to give me a new speaker. But when I went to collect it after a week it was the same speaker just repaired the faulty charging part. I wrote to VOLKANO because I was worried about it being just faulty they didn't reply to my email and the guarantee was ending in November last year. December it started with same problem its just sitting there. What can I do!?
