Sold second hand broken drone as new???

I was sold a broken used second hand drone. Sales lady **** and told me someone else asked to open the box to view the drone. When I wanted to use it or was completely damaged and parts missing. I took it back and she never apologized or tried to fix her mistake instead she took extra long to get my money back.

I am totally disappointed and disgusted. This store wil never see me or my money again. I hope to inform everyone out there rather stay away.
