Short delived missing items
On Monday 6th July I received from the company I work for a beautiful Bounce Travel System Stroller (Chevron). The box was completed sealed and when I got home to unpack the gift I noticed that the front wheels of the strollers were not amongst all the other parts.

I immediately called the branch at Canal Walk and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Shabir.
who told me that I would have to collect the wheels myself. I found this totally ridiculous as I was in Green Point and I was not going to fetch them especially if it was not my fault.

For the past few days he has told me that he will get somebody to drop the wheels off. I suggested to him that I would collect the wheels myself if Toys r us gave me a gift voucher for R200. This was declined.
I also called their Head office in Durban who they promised that senior management would call me and up to now have not heard from anybody.

I feel that this is not good customer service and wish to warn other people out there not to use their facilities..
Many thanks for bringing this to our attention. i do apologize for the encounter at store level as well as for not getting back you promptly. kindly note that i will escalate this onto the area manager and he will revert soonest.
Warm Regards.
