Security pathetic in store

On Saturday myself and my 7 year old son went into store to buy him a birthday gift. I just bought myself and my child a coffee from the kiosk close to the store and proceeded to go to the store. At the entrance of your store I was met by an over arrogant security guard whom told me that I will have to leave my coffees at his desk if I want to shop and my son will have to pull up his mask I asked to see the manager as I do not see the need for me to leave my refreshments with him. The manager Pontso was very understanding and also did not understand as to why I had to leave my coffee with him and apologized on his behalf as he still had to much of a stinking attitude to do so. I explained that I understand the reasoning behind the mask and would have agreed if I didn't have to point out 4 staff members wearing their masks under their noses which in my opinion is the same as not wearing one. If you were not the only toy store in the vaal and I didn't have the need to buy that day I would not supported your business but rather shop from an online store.

I would also like you to look at how your sub contractors are treating customers and directly tarnishing your name. Due to the security guard that scored 2 coffees on me I will never shop from the vaal store again as I am aware that nothing will be done in terms of disciplinary action
