*****ing Up My Bday

I just want to say that you ruined my birthday! When it comes to false advertising and not satisfying customer needs, you guys WIN!<br> <br> I spent HOURS on my birthday refreshing my browser window to get hold of a copy of Fallout 4 for PS4. The website was down for hours. When it finally was up, I added the product in my cart. It said it still is available. I then added payment information, but shortly thereafter it said that the product is sold out. That is not how you treat a customer on their Bday! <br> <br> I will NEVER buy anything again from Toys R Us, and trust me I have spend thousands in your stores. I will also send emails and facebook to all my friends with children to avoid the plague.
