Sad child

My 7 yr old celebrated his birthday on the 2 Nov.From which he received some cash as gifts.Kids being kids, and since he is always exposed to the outside of your store at the Woodmead centre as he always accompanies his mum to the Hyper next door, wanted to spend his gift cash at your store. We took him on the Sunday the 3rd, after much deliberations he chooses an RC trick monster car and batteries for them - total R 400. Got home and to his disappointment, the car won't even switch on. Since we work during the week I could only afford to go back to the store on Sunday the 10th Nov. The team was helpful and agreed to an exchange. This time choose a paintball gun thinking there wouldn't be any comebacks or issues.NB the batteries that were purchased initially for the RC car for R100 is now in vain. Got home the gun has no instructions and even has a little crack on it....can't even use it. All the paint***** purchased, still sealed....and another disappointment with the inferior quality of the product your store keeps and causes inconvenience to keep returning to the store for assistance and lastly but most importantly a disappointment kid AGAIN. We wil sure not to do Xmas gift shopping form any of your stores as a result.
