Rockstarz Music Combo set Demo Refusal

On the 2019/12/11 I visited their Table Bay mall store with the intention to buy the Rockstarz Music Combo set for my niece. I asked the sales lady who assisted me the last time I went to the store to buy toys for my daughter to kindly open the box for me as I wanted to see the size of the mic stand as my niece is quite tall, she said she needed to ask her manager if she could. She came back opened the box and I saw the size and I was pleased now I asked to demo the set for me again she said she had to go ask her manager if she could, she came back and said he said no she couldn’t and asked her to please go and call him/ her for me she came back with a male who didn’t even greet us just said no we can not demo the set. I asked him since when because I myself used to work for the company and we did demos for customers. He said no they do not I asked him now he can give me what he was saying in writing. He didn’t even say Ohk can I explain the product to you it’s functions no he just said no!! How are we expected to buy products that we do not know what they do I mean the Consumers Act is against consumers not given an opportunity to test the product before they buy it!!!
