Rocker

1st of march i bought a rocker at toys r us Hemingway's mall,i took it back on the 21st of march because its not doing what i wanted.i get there am told they dont have money yet i understood that because it was in the morning and then they tried to find every reason not refund me.i left that day without a refund and i was told to go and sell it at market place i sent someone again on the 28th the minute she saw the slip she said i know this lady i told her to go and sell this rocker at market place and the other lady was willing to give refund but other one refused. I am very disappointed the way i was treated,and her reason for not giving refund is that the 1st time i was there it had scratches and the person taking it back asked where are the scratches she could not answer because its not scratched but still refused to give refund
