Ridiculous price spike
As we all know Toysrus and Babiesrus are the same company. I always browse online before going out to buy what I want. So on the 18th of April I browse the babiesrus website for the Bumbo multi seat, it priced at R499, so I screenshot it as to go buy it. On the 20th of April I browse again before going out to the store and to my surprise the price went up with R200. So in 2 days the Bumbo multi seat went from R499 to R699. I email them as to query it, they give me the standard thanks for bringing it to our attention mail and we will investigate it. 3 days later I follow up to find out what is going on. Thank you for allowing us time to investigate your concerns regarding the sudden price spike.
Kindly note that this was due to a technical error which has since been rectified and all the prices on promotion have been adjusted online.
We must once again apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused.

Now I'm not a new shopper so I know how promotions and sales work. On their website you always have the original price with a stripe through it next to the discounted price. Which the screenshot on the 18th of April doesn't show.
Clearly toysrus and babiesrus are trying to pull the wool over my eyes and underestimating my intelligence.
They just lost a regular customer and as they say, word of mouth is a wonderful thing!!!

We have tested the link on Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and is working perfectly. We could suggest that you clear your browsing history and try again. As previously advised the pricing error was due to a technical difficulties that we had encountered, however this has since been rectified.
