Returns and refund policy

I was intentionally deceived when I bought a snookuns breast pump at Toys R Us.

I already had pump and wanted a better performing pump and I was told to buy and test and return it if it didnt work to my satisfaction.

That machine was not as strong as my old machine and not working for me and with uneven suction power.

That babies R Us using sales men to intentionally misrepresent and then using different policies to avoid returns and that this is really an unfair method of selling and deceiving customers

I returned the item as it was not functioning as per sales offering and now they refuse to refund just after a few attempts with no success when my other pump is working much better.

I will never purchase again at Toys R Us. I can't believe I spent so much money buying baby items there only to be treated like this.
