Returning broke item, with no help plus accusations to my child.

I bought kiddies headphones and on the same day one of the headsets fell off but not completely so my daughter asked me to fix it, did now a few hours later on the same day. Bought these the plug broke, I took i back to oys r us within 48hrs of this within the return period and the staff had the nerve to tell me that this was m kids fault, I’m so furious right now I’m going to tell everyone I know how pathetic your products are along with disrespectful staff that accuse kids of breaking poor quality made products, Im 100% dissatisfied.
