<p>My son was given a zombie strike Nerf gun for his birthday last week tueday the 28th march 2017 something he had been begging for since the beginning of the year, well on thursday the 30th march 2017 the gun refused to load anymore as the whole mecanism got jammed.I took it back to the cradle stone mall store as I was told that that is were it was bought. when I got to the store a had to deal with Andrew the store manager all I can say is he was rude dismisive and really did not try and help me. I do not have the slip as it was a birthday present given to my son and unfortunatly the person who gave it to him has gone to cape town. all I want to do is get a new gun r even a different one as I have read that quite a few people have had the same issue with this same gun. Please help me out. </p>
