Reggies in Bloemfontein Closing

Today I heard devastating news; Reggies in Northridge Mall and Mimosa Mall in Bloemfontein are closing. Leaving Bloemfontein with ToysRus, from your company group. I live in Fichardt Park and although the most convenient store to go to is ToysRus, I choose to drive 7km further to get to Reggies in Northridge Mall. One time I was looking for a small watering can the staff of Reggies in Northrige Mall immediately assisted me with the most pleasant attitude. Unfortunately they only had bigger watering cans so I went to ToysRus. At ToysRus two staff members were throwing a ball at one another and chatting, if I remember correctly the one was a manager of some sort. While searching through the isles I walked past these two staff members four times and also passed other staff members numerous times. Not once was I offered assistance and after 30 minutes I finally found a watering can. On my way to check out I passed the two staff members still throwing a ball to one another. I told the cashier about the \service\" received in the store, she rep**** that she only works at the till. I am saddened to see that employees who work hard are now being punished. "
