Refuse refund

<p>i recently bought a preggy belt from Toys R us Menlyn, the lady who assisted me was very kind and helpful. Due to the fact that almost had a misscarraige i decided to get a support belt, the lady told me they do sell carewell products and i can have a look at it, she showed me the different sizes and i wasnt sure if that is what i wanted, she told me to try it and see if it would work, i bought the item friday evening to nine, i tried it on sunday morning the belt did sit as it showed on the packaging and it made me feel uncomfortable , i returned it to get a refund so that i can look for a better product, the manager refused to refund me. he said its like under wear and he wasnt able to refund me, he took the product back and gave me a voucher. My question is if they are not willing to take such items back why take it back and give me a voucher? if it is like underwear why label it as a belt. i dont have money to go and buy a another belt that is why i need my money back to look for a product that will assist me during this very diffucult pregnancy. I have never seen such poor service. All i want is my money back and not a voucher as i dont ever want to buy antyhing from toys r us.</p>
