Refund

I had a bad customer service at Toys r us Wonderpark Pretoria. On the 7th of May 2024 I went to the store to buy some baby stuff I paid with my Nedbank Card, the payment went through from my account but the store said they didn't receive the money from my account they refuse to give me the stuff that i bought, they said they will refund me the following day but even today the 13th of May I didn't receive my refund and the guy who was helping me he don't take efforts to trace my money he only say they will refund me and he don't know when, and the present was for babyshower that was on the 11 May 2024. I'm so disappointed
