R800 nerf gun broken and absolutely no solution offered by store and staff

Bought a Nerf gun in Feb from the boksburg branch and the gun is now broken. The staff and the manager could offer me no solution or repair centre that i could find.. nor can they exhange it for me.. utter ******* that one can buy a 800 gun and have no solution when it breaks
