Quantity over Quality

On Friday we purchased a Speedzone Quick Chase at Vaal Mall Toys R Us. On Sonday we assembled the whole track changed batteries put in old batteries, put in new batteries still nothing the cars did not work.

Today I went to exchange the product where I was informed by one of the ladies at the counter that this is a problem toy as a lot of people is bringing it back. So this makes me wonder why the toy is on special and what is the quality of the product. Ok so got a new one came home and assembled the track. Drove 2 times around the track and dead as rock. So now yet again I have to drive 25km to go and exchange the product. Are you selling quality or quantity because the product is ****
