****py Service & even worse return policy

<p>I bought a Leapfrog Epic and thought I bought games to go with it with some other toys. We got home only to find that the game does not work on my son's leapfrog or his leapTV. They refuse to to take it back according to them the box is damaged. They expect me to just walk away from a R299. They claim they "normally" inform customers. But clearly never told us.</p> <p>Guess where I will not spend any money this Festive season or any other time again. Thank god there's other shops like Toy Kingdom, Hamleys etc.</p>
