Prompt feedback and good assistance

I contacted Toys R Us support about a specific toy range on their website and inquired about specific toys, upon which I received a prompt reply, as well as a feedback on whether the item(s) were in stock. I was further assisted in making sure that the correct item was packed and now I am just waiting for delivery(which would turn this into 5 stars).
