We bought a ride a long car for our daughter's birthday but found it difficult to assemble. Since somerset west was close at point we went there on daughter's birthday. The staff had no idea how to assemble and we were told that the person who use to do it did it as an favour. I ask the supervisor to at least give me guidelines since they have customer knowledge of the product but with no avail. This was my daughter's birthday present but she could not even drive in it.
