Good afternoon I'm standing at this moment in baby r us tokai blueroute mall @ 2.39 pm my sister and I brought back a pram which was bought last year ND the manager told to rub Vaseline on the front wheel according to them that's what they do put on Vaseline please check out the shops manager. Money we can't back refunds up to 60 days according to policy and we are asking for another pram. Please review this company including the managers attitude towards customers. It's the first time hearing of putting Vaseline on a pram wheel according to the company policy
