Poor website service
I have been trying to pre order ps4 Black ops 3 since 12pm until 2pm where the link was FORBIDDEN. I rushed to my nearest branch ( bellville) spoke to a consultant in gaming dept called Lorenzo who said he is trying to contact head office. I waited almost half an hour an eventualky had to leave but gave him my contact details so that he could call me when he had feedback. The online speciql already ended and he still has not contacted me. This is dissapointing service from Toys R Us. This is unacceptable and I need to be compensated for all my effort spent. I eventually got onto the link and tried to add the game to my cart but the cart stayed on 0 items.
