Poor Treatment

I bought my daughter a smartphone at the ToysRus in Bloemfontein. Got home very excited. Started to set it up, charging it. Put the SIM card on. She than had it on her had. We tried calling the SIM card and it didn't want to go through. Tried so many times. It would even freeze when she tried to answer. So put it back in the box and took it to college square ToysRus for a exchange of something else she had already said she doesn't want it anymore because of not working. We were told by a white lady that there a bar code missing. We don't know what bar code she is talking about and it doesn't even show on the slip that if the barcode isn't on the package, the package will be rejected. She refuse to assist us or even provide us with a common solution. We would even take a voucher because they do not refund. The treatment was unfair and I was not taken seriously.
