Poor service delivery by toys R US

My 12 year old son saved up for a paint ball gun (ANACHY Paintball) from Toys R Us, Store ********** He purchased this Gun today Nov 2nd, took his toy home and found it damaged. We went back to the store for an exchange, we where given the option to exchange but found the second gun damaged as well, on asking to check another box, we where told rather to buy another toy but they cannot open the 3rd box. i however open the 3rd box, only to find the 3rd gun damaged. it was my sons choice to accept the scratched gun and he even reminded them to swap the paint bullets.

what I was unhappy about was the service. My Son saved up to buy a specific toy and was told to choose another toy, instead of assisting him in finding a gun that was not damaged. My Son was the client, and he was communicating in English, while they responded in a language that my son did not understand, until i intervened.

the service was quit distasteful.
