Poor Service

I ordered online on the 22nd of December 2022 and went to the store on the 24th of December just to enquire if the order was ready as the items were actually available at the specific store, all they had to do was just pack it. I was told that they didn't have stock and they had to source from different local stores and I should return on the next week Friday the 30th of December to collect my items. I returned on the 31st of December and the order was still not ready.

I am 9 months pregnant and don't appreciate being stuffed around all the time, the items I ordered are essential items for my daughter as she is starting grade 1 (School bag and lunch bag) and needed by the 7th of January 2023. The only time I had to collect the items was over the weekend as during the week I am a full time working mom.

Why tell me to return the following week to collect if it won't even be ready?!
