Poor service all over

My son of 6 years asked for a Ben 10 watch for his birthday. We started to search for it and we started to call Toys r us shops. We called Vereeniging, Vanderbijlpark and Heidelberg Branches and all said that they don't have something like that. We went on line and bought one from Toys r us with a R65 delivery charge. <br> We went the next day to look for a gift fir his twin sister and found the Ben 10 watch in Vereeniging and Vanderbijlpark branch. People don't know their shops and products.<br> The watch that we received was opened before and even the price was removed. I contacted Toys r us and they say I can exchange it at any shop. I told them we will open it and if its not working then I will return it. It so happens that it was not working and then return it to Vereeniging branch. They refuse to take it back and told me that I need to buy new batteries for the unit and it will work. This is a Toy of R400 with flat batteries. They could not even supple me with batteries. I rushed to another shop and got batteries (watch batteries) for R67. <br> I could not disappoint my son on his birthday. Toys R us your service stink!!!<br>
