Poor service

I purchased an item yesterday and now that I’m standing in store the manager Miguél is saying that he is not going to return the purchase!!This is ridiculous after it states on the slip that you can return items within 60 days …..Please assist asap !!toys r us canal walk miguel is *********** and a waste of time
