Poor Service

Bought a Bouncy Chair for my Baby for Christmas at ToysRus William Moffet Port Elizabeth. When we wanted to set it up the pipes was to short. We took it back to toysrus on 26th to exchange for the same product. Test all 8 of that was left and all 8 was the same. The pathetic manager Gregory wasn't helpfull at all, we ask cant he give us another one on discount price the cashier said yes he can but its up to gregory the store manager if he wants to and he plainely refused to assist us. Its my baby's 1st christmas present and gregory spoiled it because he wanted to be spitefull
