Poor quality toys and no feedback

<p>Good day</p> <p>We purchased 2 Longhong constructions trucks for my son from the Woodmead Toys R Us (Longhong Model Alloy Construction Building team truck 1:64 scale and Longhong Truck Simulation Series 1:55 scale). We purchased more expensive trucks believing that these trucks are durable and better quality trucks than the other cheaper trucks available The same day, the canopy and interior of the one truck's cab fell off and we had to glue it back. A day later, a part of the other truck fell off and other parts of the one truck is loose). My son is terribly disappointed at the quality of the trucks as they trucks are falling apart.</p> <p> </p> <p>We submitted a complaint via your website on 15 August to the Woodmead Branch. We have received no acknowledgement of receipt of our complaint nor any feedback to address our disappointment with the poor quality toys stocked by Toys R Us.</p> <p> </p> <p>Our experience dealing with Toys R Us has been very poor and we await further feedback from Toys R Us to resolve this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
