Poor Online Customer Services

This is the one of the worst online shopping services.

I have ordered online from them on the 27 November 2020 a few items, received correspondence from them that items is packed..... up until today no other correspondence received from them regarding my order.

I have sent several emails to them with whatsoever no reply.

Please do not use there online services!!
