Poor customer service

Very dissapointed in the customer service!!.I loved shopping at toys r us, canal walk however their customer service is very poor. I bought some goodies last week Saturday...bought some things and didn't check recipte (Murphy law) before leaving the store got home and checked spaid a wopping R260 extra, yes I know J had to check before leaving the store, I take responsibility. When calling the store to speak to manager she however wasn't available u til the Monday. I spoke to one of the cashier, explained and she could t do anything about it which I understood becuz they have no cameras etc. But the cashier that assisted me was so rude while speaking to her politely all I wanted was the issue to get solve but Patricia, the cashier. Made nasty comments. Nevertheless I was told to wait the manager will call and they'll make a duplicate receipt, I waited for the call on Monday and no call was made till I called Monique, then mentioned that the cashier was adament that she never made the mistake she could explain to me what u was wearing till she asked she explained wrongly all I asked was please check cameras then they did we went over the receipt to compare the receipt that was left for Monique was totally different (I assume the copy made for her was thrown away) till she asked if she can view on the security camera they saw me walking out with my own goodies and not more than what was purchased. All was said I see u walking out with ur goodies and nothing extra no I'm so sorry mam nothing. Just cum fetch ur money on next week Saturday. Moral of the story manager doesn't know how to speak to a customer when there was a mistake every thing was based on her cashier knowing what she saw. Instead of waiting to see the sec video. I'm so disgusted at the poor services.as the customer I literally felt like staff whom I'm asking for help making me feel as if I'm wanting to ***** from their company. Please check your recipte!!! Toys r us in canal walk will never see me again.! Lotsa training needs to be done with the manager and cashier
