Poor customer service

I was irritated today at your eastgate branch .. this is not the first time happening to me . The staff there they are lazy they dnt even have customer service . I always spend more than 7 thousand in their shop but they dnt even help you .. I just wanna thank the cashier sabelo who served me and pushed my trolley whilst all the staff in the shop where dragging their feets management is very poor they dnt care about their customers ..
