Poor customer experience

Toys R Us in general but just got a bit annoyed with my experience in Edenvale. Staff helpful only when approached. They'll let you walk around like a headless chicken, after purchasing you told wrapping is self service. So what exactly are you paying people to do in your shop? You know people come here to buy gifts so why take this nonsense self wrapping approach? It's an L from me
