Poor communication and failed orders.

Recently ordered a bmx tricycle for my daughter on their blackfriday promo along with something else..Order being about R600.I waited this entire week for it to come, received an email yesterday regarding my order and that they made changes to it due to the bmx being out of stock.They made no contact with me regarding this and whether i still want my order or what they could do to compensate for the late delivery as well as failed order.There was no communication in anyway which is just poor!!!Surely if you advertise and stock runs out,you should make a plan,offer free delivery for the inconvenience or something!No one would just accept it and walk away.Fix your communication with your clients or dont do business at all.
