Please pay back my funds

On 9th Dec i purchased toys at Moffet on Main ToysrUs for R1764.02. At the end of the transaction the power was cut but my acc was debited successfully and I showed the sms to the store manager who refused to hand me the goods and i was told to come back at 14h. I stay 100km from PE. I then proceeded to Baywest and purchased the same items from Toysrus Baywest. I was told by the manager of Moffet on Main that the amount will be reversed to my acc the same day which was not the case. I logged a customer care complaint and phoned the store twice to no avail. No reply to my email complaint 38538 either.
