Pick up your ****ing phones!

I'm really annoyed by the fact that the toys r us branches that I call never ever pick up their phones. Why do these stores have phones in that case? Canal walk is the worst culprit because no matter when I phone, nobody picks up! ***?! I've been trying to find out if these stores have stock of a certain toy I would like to get my child for his birthday and they don't ****ing pick up their phones. My fiance and I had to especially drive to Canal Walk on Saturday(14 March 2015) to find out if they have stock of this toy, only to get there and find out that they don't have. What a ****ing waste of time my time. I don't have time to drive around for nothing while I'm planning my childs party. Management get involved here please because I'm loosing my patience with your pathetic staff!
