My wife, who is seven months pregnant, and her sister visited the Somerset West branch to purchase a list of items.

Two of these items, which seemed to upset the staff, were the Huggies nappies special (where you get a diaper bin) and the Snuggletime Easy Breather Cot Bumper.

First, the staff informed her that they had the bins but not the nappies. When we asked if we could order the nappies, they said no.

The cot bumper was priced at R249, while on Takealot, the same item was R199. We asked if they would price match the item. The staff said they do price matches but needed to get the manager, who then said they don't. They also asked if the website where the item is listed was our website, then laughed at my wife and made fun of it, saying now anyone can do price matches and continued to laugh.

I told my wife to leave everything and not buy a single thing from them.

I will take this matter to every social media platform I can to reach as many people as possible and stop them from buying from this company.

You will not see us in any of your shops ever again!
