Pathetic service

Yeah I wont be purchasing from or recommending babies r us to anyone..after my most horrible experiences during lockdown with purchases over R10 000 that were *****ed up during the end of pregnancy leaving me stranded without essential items I purchased a true baby compactum that arrived damaged terribly where I wasn't even able to assemble it until today I haven't received feedback as for the manufacturer who refused to take any responsibility.Then there was a cot from clever litte ****** brand that had a stock problem i ordered on the 5th of may ,with notification of the company error or an explanation as to when I will be refunded my cash back so I can make other arrangements. broken goods like bounce beside me cot purchased from blue route mall tokai ,a side from it being a broken item Salesperson who assisted with the item also sold me the incorrect mattress...that couldn't even fit in the cot. Same sales woman wasn't even decent enough to apologize for her error or assist with the return instead stood with her hands while myself which was 9 months pregnant at the time and the useless manager tried to assemble and check the new one...and the list goes on about my disappointment with Babies r us. Fyi I still haven't received any feedback ...worst customer service ever and *********** and uninformed staff standards have really hit rock bottom.
