Pathetic service
I placed an order the 25th of April on Toy's R us online for some essential things i needed for my kids. Up to now i have still not received my order. When i call the customer call centre there is no answer and i am also not getting any feedback on my emails sent. I think this is really pathetic service. I didn't order nappies to get them after lockdown, i ordered it because i need it now. It would have been easier to just go to a shop and buy the stuff. I will never buy anything from them again not even at a toy's or baby r us shop
