pathetic sales people and managers

I had gone into toys r us on Thursday 9 July and seen a ML van for 6000, I asked the Sales rep if there is stock and he said yes, on Saturday morning I had gone back to purchase it and apparently they have been out of stock for a few months, that is what the manager said and i had to wait 10 minutes for the manager when there was 2 managers on duty that day. Anyeau I said I will take the demo one at full price but then there was no charger, I was promised a call back which was returned and the manager said no one has stock of it,I said ok I will wait for stock his reply was we cannot get it, so why have items on the shelf if a customer can not buy it??????I was promised a call back on Monday and I am still waiting, for being such a well known company their service and staff have a pathetic attitude, they act like they are doing me a favour by me shopping at toys r us
