Pathetic online service

Ordered online...and received confirmation mail...now they say never received payment...but I never received a mail to say didn't receive payment NOW they don't want to honour special price..really pathetic.Have ordered with other sights and this have never happened.REALLY not satisfied and saying sorry doesn't help!!!!!!Be careful ordering with them.....
