Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service from Toy r Us store manager at Liberty Midlands Mall, I purchased an expensive product from your store. On 24/9/24 I went to the store to query as there was a problem. The lady was very unhelpful and after I insisted she took my details and told me she will get back to me with the info as yet no contact from her. As a senior person how does she lead when she cannot treat customers in a fair manner and be unhelpful and unwilling to assist. She need to go for a customer service course, how she became a manger with no inter personal skills
