Paid R4000 but no refund!!!!

Yesterday 17 September 2019 I went to Toys R Us in Cresta Shopping Centre to buy my daughter an electronic car for her birthday which is this weekend. Paid R4000 for the car asked them to assemble and charge the car so that I could see that it worked. It apparently takes 8 hours to charge the car so I was informed to come back tomorrow. Today 18 September 2019 I return to the shop and they advise me that the battery doesn't work and I cant have a refund! I am so upset I will NEVER EVER shop at toys R US EVER again this is the last!
